INTRODUCTION
Life is constantly changing, and change isn’t always easy! Through the ups and downs, I enjoy helping people find the skills to manage change well and make progress at the same time.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing for over 10 years. I’m passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping make meaningful change. I believe that an open and encouraging space is the basis of a healthy therapeutic relationship, and I place a strong emphasis on client-centered care. I maintain a focus on partnership in the therapy room and always encourage open communication. Feeling heard and understood makes all the difference in your journey of personal growth.
